People-Trak offers you a variety of support services bundled in our "technical support" program. All of our services are centered on the philosophy that we care about our customers. From our telephone support to our product upgrades, we are convinced that our success depends on your success. We provide powerful software tools, continually improve those tools, and provide helpful assistance with those tools. It is as simple as that. Here is a summary of our unique services.
 
IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT
We have a dedicated staff with implementation expertise to get People-Trak installed and running.
 
ASSIGNED CUSTOMER RESOURCE MANAGER
Once your initial implementation is complete, you will be assigned to a dedicated customer resource manager who will be committed to your success and proficiency.
 
STATE-OF-THE-ART TRACKING SYSTEM
Our customer resource managers utilize a powerful tracking system to keep track of your contact information and all support related activities.
 
ESCALATION PROGRAM
People-Trak has an escalation program for support issues that are beyond the scope of your assigned customer resource manager. There are more experienced professionals just waiting to help.
 
WEEKLY TIPS AND BEST PRACTICES
Using the latest email technology, our support program keeps you informed with weekly emails that provide helpful tips, training lessons, special offers on new features, and best practices advice.
 
PEOPLE-TRAK.NET
People-Trak.net is an extensive website developed specifically for our customers. You can access the website directly from a menu option within People-Trak and use our auto-login feature to obtain immediate access.
 
UPDATES AND UPGRADES
Your participation in our support program ensures that you will receive all product updates and upgrades. We make minor updates to the product when necessary between major upgrades. These updates can be downloaded from People-Trak.Net and installed quickly and easily. Upgrades are performed approximately once every 18 months and include collected updates and significant enhancement to the product. All updates and upgrades are free to actively supported customers.
 
CUSTOMER PARTICIPATION PROGRAMS
Our customers shape our products through support feedback and special programs. Customers who maintain active technical support agreements are offered the chance to help evaluate People-Trak products and review pending technology by participating in online forums, focus groups and/or Beta Programs.

In exchange for your time and effort in any of our special programs, participants may receive a free gift or discounts on products and services.

If you are interested in participating, you will be required to complete a short questionnaire. All information will be kept confidential; we only use your information to determine the best fit for your company in one of our programs.
